My favorite Subject

Hi everyone today I’m going to talk about my favorite subject this semester. I have no doubt that it is social geography. Last semester I have the first subject of social geography with  the Professor Yasna Contreras. It was an amazing experience because we learned so much about the new ways and rithms of the city. We studied some authors of critic geography that showed us the causes of the new growth of the city and capital. Like David Harvey for example but the most amazing experience was knowed was meet other paradigms of the geography. That subject called “Cultural geography” continued this semester with other name and other professor. Now, the subject is “social geography” and my professor is Michael lukas.  This subject is showing us the new urban growth with a new example: The new houses and urban projects in Piedra Roja, Chicureo.  This is very interesting because Chicureo is a place in Colina, the place were I live. This investigation is very interesting for my professional future because is showing me the effects of a new urban structure in Colina and the consequences  for the rutine of all people.  I have social geography every Tuesday at 15.00 PM.  But last week we had our first travel to Piedra Roja Chicureo and we saw the new closed projects that are that are they selling. Those houses are so expensive and are made for rich people. After that we went to a place near of my house to observe the social houses and the new people that is living there. We learned so much about the new urban growth and I hope dedicate to social geography when I become a professional.
I hope You liked my entry! See you next week!
